Reporting : N+1 : Department Manager; N+2 : Chief Customer Support Officer
Mission : with the team, you provide technical support to our customers in accordance with the contractual obligations, optimising customer satisfaction and the economic profitability of the activity: within the framework of a contractual guarantee or assistance contract : you carry out diagnosis when failure happen, propose and implement the best suited solution as part of products’ evolutions: you advise our customers and take part in the research and the writing of specifications
Team : 19 colleagues
Business trips: possible and ad hoc short duration in the subsidiaries
Location : based in Aimargues, south of France, near Montpellier, at the Headquarters of the company.
Induction date: as soon as possible
Salary: total package includes:

Experience and abilities:
1-5 years of experience in the technical hotline support of customers, innovative and complex software solutions to blue chip customers, preferably for solutions as CAD/CAM, ERP, CRM, KM, Databases,…
overall and general view of IT
mastery of Windows’and networks’ environment
mastery of the following computer languages: JAVA, Jscript, Pascal (Delphi) , SQL
mastery of one of the three following RDBMS: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server
great ease of expression, pedagogue
autonomous, strict, rigorous, methodical, synthetic
strong motivation for supporting high tech solutions projects to complex key account customers
